      I’ll split this review into three sections. The bag, the box and the customer service.

      The bag. The bag is of the highest quality and it is difficult to distinguish it from the real thing. The leather, the stitching and the craftsmanship are sublime and I have no complaints.

      The box. This unfortunately is a different matter. Not only was the cardboard creased I also had to resort to glueing several panels back in place. So not the best.

      Customer service. One word, EXCELLENT. This was my first order from LuxDupes so I was a little anxious as the bag seemed to be taking a while to arrive. However, my emails to Emily at LuxDupes were answered promptly and helped to relieve my concerns. The bag did take 18 days to arrive but industrial action by the Royal Mail may have been a factor.

      Purchasing something like this is a holistic experience and in this instance it was let down by the box. Having said that I wouldn¡¯t hesitate to order from LuxDupes again but given the issues mentioned above I feel I can only award them four stars on this occasion.
